We’re getting some early morning fights here in the United States this weekend, with UFC Singapore getting underway at 5 am ET with the prelims to get things started for a 13-fight card. There are a few really great fights on this card that are main event level matchups, but the actual headliner for this one will feature Max Holloway taking on the Korean Zombie in what should be an awesome fight. In what feels like a bit of a rarity these days, all 26 fighters on the card made weight without issue.

My favorite picks on this weekend’s card are Max Holloway, Rinya Nakamura, Justin Tafa, and JJ Aldrich. For my full thoughts and breakdown on Holloway and the main event for this weekend, keep an eye out for my UFC Singapore WagerWire article for this week, which also will feature my favorite prop bets for that fight. I expect Nakamura and Tafa to both win inside the distance, and while Aldrich should finish her fight as well, I’m a little less confident in that one ending by stoppage. My favorite betting underdogs this week are Anthony Smith, Toshiomi Kazama, and Jarno Errens.

As far as betting goes, I’m keeping things relatively this weekend with five straight bets and one parlay. There are four spots that I have one-unit bets out on: Anthony Smith ML (+105), Max Holloway by KO/TKO in R3/4/5 (+270), Michal Oleksiejczuk by KO/TKO (+170), and Junior Tafa by R1 KO/TKO (+225). I also decided to put .25 units on Smith by Submission (+390) as a bit of a long shot. The parlay I decided to go with for this weekend consists of three legs and is also for one unit risked: Junior Tafa ML, Smith/Spann Start R3 – No, and Max Holloway to Win in R4/5/Dec for +303 odds on FanDuel Sportsbook.
