We are headed back to the Apex this weekend for UFC Vegas 78, and despite a couple of fighters missing weight yesterday, there are still 13 fights scheduled for the event. The card will be headlined by a welterweight clash between Vicente Luque and Rafael Dos Anjos and the co-main event features Cub Swanson and Hakeem Dawodu in a featherweight bout.

The two fighters who missed weight are both out of the middleweight division, with Josh Fremd missing the limit by 3 pounds and Tafon Nchukwi by 3.5 pounds. Thankfully, their opponents agreed to take percentages of their fight purses and the bouts will still proceed as planned.

My favorite picks for this weekend’s card are Marcus McGhee, Terrance McKinney, Jaqueline Amorim, and Da’Mon Blackshear. My favorite potential betting upset for this weekend is Vicente Luque in the main event. As promised on last weekend’s picks, I’m posting my full betting card for this event down below with the picks for this week:

I placed one unit on everything except the Luque dart throw, which I ran for a quarter unit.
