UFC Vegas 62: Final Picks & Full Betting Card

Fight day for UFC Vegas 62: Grasso vs Araujo has finally arrived and after some last-minute weight cutting issues caused Askar Askarov to drop out of his fight against Brandon Royval, we now have a finalized card with 11 fights.

It’s never a good thing when one of your four favorite picks on the card falls off at the last minute, particularly one that’s already tied into my bets for this card. However, I think there’s still enough solid spots to target to have a solid night.

One other weight-related nugget: CJ Vergara missed weight by 3 pounds for his fight against Tatsuro Taira. Sometimes that would be enough to cause me to back off from a fight since fighters who have missed weight historically gain an advantage from it. However, I’m still very confident in Taira in this one and the missed weight by Vergara changes nothing for me.

Taira is still one of my favorite picks on this card, along with Piera Rodriguez and Victor Henry. Since Askarov fell off the card and we lost a crown pick, Joanderson Brito moves in my Top 4 picks for this event. There’s not a lot of line value on this one due to the short notice of his opponent.

Below are my final picks and betting card for UFC Vegas 62. If you are looking for my more detailed information for this event, you can check out my full picks, predictions, and early bets.

NOTE: The two one-unit plays are both parlays than begin with today’s UFC Vegas 62 event and run into next weekend’s UFC 280 card. Also, the Todorovic line for the bottom play should be the KO in R1/R2 prop, however, I couldn’t find it listed on BetMMA to properly display it.

If you are tailing any of these bets, best of luck and let’s make some money tonight! Check back tomorrow for a more detailed preview of UFC 280 next weekend!
