It’s Fight Day for UFC Vegas 113! After a pair of numbered events opened the schedule for 2026, we have our first UFC Fight Night card of the year taking place at the Meta APEX.
The lineup features 13 bouts and will be headlined by a bantamweight duel between Mario Bautista and Vinicius Oliveira.
Four fighters missed weight for the event, with two coming in ultra-heavy. Muin Gafurov (141 lb), Gianni Vasquez (141 lb), Wang Cong (127.5) and Eduarda Moura (127.5) all missed the mark, but their fights are still set to proceed.
My favorite picks for this card are Michal Oleksiejczuk, Daniil Donchenko, Kyoji Horiguchi and Javid Basharat. My favorite potential betting upsets are Jakub Wiklacz, Jean Matsumoto and Julius Walker.
Oleksiejczuk is coming into this fight off back-to-back first round KO wins and is getting another good matchup here against Marc-Andre Barriault.
Oleksiejczuk should be the better striker and land the bigger shots here, and as long as he keeps it on the feet if Barriault tries for takedowns, he should be able to find a KO or decision win.
Donchenko is coming off an impressive first round KO win at Noche UFC and is getting Alex Morono, who took the fight on relatively short notice a few weeks back.
Donchenko is a creative striker who can land big and mixes his weapons well, and he should be able to land big and send Morono to a fourth straight loss.

Horiguchi made a statement in his return to the UFC when he dismantled Tagir Ulanbekov, putting him away in the second round, and he has a chance to make another one here.
I expect Horiguchi to create the bigger moments in the striking exchanges, create more damage and be more active on the ground if it gets there to get a decision or late stoppage win.
Javid Basharat had a very late opponent change and will now get the debuting Gianni Vasquez, who missed the bantamweight limit by five pounds.
As long as Basharat stays safe early, he should be able to grind out Vasquez for a decision or submission win.
For the betting card this weekend, there really wasn’t a lot that I love, so I kept things pretty light with four bets.
The bets are Matsumoto ML (+265 for .5 units), Walker to Win and Over 1.5 Rounds (+225 for .5 units), Wiklacz by Submission or Decision + Horiguchi to Win in R3 or Decision (+242 for .5 units) and Wiklacz by Sub (+330 for .25 units).
That’s a total of four bets for 1.75 units. There’s a lot of underdogs on this card with a good chance to pull upsets, so I decided to take a few shots on some.
I think Matsumoto can steal rounds with damage in a tight fight with Farid Basharat to squeak out a decision.
I liked the Wiklacz plays a lot more before Gafurov came in heavy to avoid takedowns, but I still think Wiklacz can get him to the ground at some point and put him away.
Definitely a little biased on the Julius Walker pick, but I do like his chances here to grind out Dustin Jacoby as long as he stays safe on the feet early. Walker should be able to mix in some takedowns and get a decision or late stop.
Overall, this is an extremely tough card for picks and bets in my opinion, so be sure to stay safe and watch out on the big parlays, especially ones including the few big favorites most likely to get hammered on bets.
Huge shout out to Julius Walker for collabing with us on some of his fight merch for this camp!
We’re hoping to do some more with him in the future, so DM him on his socials after the fight and grab one if you want to show some love.
This should be a pretty entertaining lineup, especially the main card with several fights having potential title implications in the near future. As always, bet of luck on the bets and hope everyone enjoys the fights!
