The UFC is returning to the Apex for tonight’s UFC Vegas 77 event. The card features 13 fights and will be headlined by a UFC Women’s Bantamweight matchup between Holly Holm and Mayra Bueno Silva that could have big implications in a suddenly wide-open division with the recent retirement of Amanda Nunes. Although this card isn’t exactly stacked, there should still be a handful of exciting fights tonight.

Jack Della Maddalena in the co-main event is my favorite pick of the weekend. He has a tough opponent debuting on short notice in Bassil Hafez, but I still expect JDM to comfortably pick up the win. I also really like Norma Dumont, Nazim Sadykhov, and Viktoriya Dudakova to pick up wins in their respective matchups. With two much more favorable cards for betting on the horizon (UFC London and UFC 291), I’m not going very heavy at all with my bets for tonight’s event unless something looks juicy during the card. I’m taking a shot on Bueno Silva ML, as well as smaller bets on her to win by submission and her method/round combo of sub in R1/2/3 (+600 on FanDuel). I also placed a small bet on another method/round combo, Jack Della Maddalena to win via KO/TKO in R2/3 (+380 on FanDuel).
